The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs to create gourmet vacation meals.   Spacious counter space in Talavera tiles and stainless steel working space. Cook is available upon request - Cook is available as an additional fee plus the cost of groceries.

 Dining inside makes serving meals a breeze and yet you are only steps away from the front out-door dining with ocean view or back garden terrace with patio set for 4. Space for every one to have quite times.

The open living room is beautifully decorates with bright sunny colors.  With matching sofa, love seat, chair, coffee table, end tables and lamps.

Walk out to the ground floor terrace, pool and beach from the living room or dining area - accessible through sliding glass doors.

All bedrooms have private baths, Satellite TV, ocean views.

First bedroom with king bed is ground level with access to front terrace and pool through sliding glass doors, air-conditioned.

Master bedrooms and third bedroom with king beds are located on the second level, with private oceanfront terraces and air-conditioning.

Fourth bedroom is a rooftop palapa -king bed  with perfect ocean views and sea breezes.  No air-conditioning in this space, but never a necessity.

Fifth bedroom - New guest house with king bed and queen bed perfect for 2 adults and 2 children, private bath.

Villa Iguana has a computer, free satellite Internet and satellite TV.

 A cook is available for hire if you prefer to maximize your leisure time.

Villa Iguana is right next door to Casa Yardena to easily accommodate larger groups.

A perfect rooftop - sunning deck.   Soliman Bay has its very own reef that acts as a breaker leaving the bay tranquil with only lap waves at shore making snorkeling and kayaking - unbelievable in the calm clear waters. Internet service tends to be erratic in the Soliman Bay/Tankah area.
However, there are internet cafes in both Tulum and North Akumal so service will always be available in the area.
