Luxury Akumal Villa with great views of the Caribbean Sea - sleeps up to 12 people

Casa Del Sol Naciente -The House of the Rising Sun - is a spacious five-bedroom, and four bathroom, beach-front vacation home that sleeps 10 to 12 people. The House was designed by the owners and designers in the spirit of "Homes of the Yucatan" and built by a local Architect. Each bedroom has a Balcony and a direct view of the Caribbean Sea. Outdoor living areas are numerous and include an architecturally stunning 55-foot lap pool, with a grand stone patio for sunning. There is a shaded outdoor dining table that can seat up to 14 people. A covered roof beach-front Palapa is for massages or lounging in hammocks. A round table and four chairs, with an umbrella is for sitting next to the Sea.

Upstairs Bedroom Suites and Balconies

There is one Bedroom downstairs and four Bedrooms upstairs, all with televisions and all designed with unique Mayan architectural elements. Casa del Sol Naciente can sleep 10 to 12 people. The Casa is designed to be both quiet and private with thick concrete walls and solid wooden doors to respect your privacy.  Four bedrooms have King Sized Beds and one Bedroom has two double beds. All bedrooms have Hair Dryers for your use. Soaps and Shampoo are provided. Fresh drinking water is replenished daily.

The Poolside Bedroom Suite is on the first floor and has a King sized four-poster bed made from local Tree trunks. This suite has its own entrance directly into the swimming pool area with a direct Caribbean view.  This suite has a shower in the private bathroom.

The Sunrise Master Suite has a king-size bed with a brick domed headboard designed with river rocks and a view of the ocean in two directions. Sliding glass doors open to a balcony with four Teak Steamer Lounger chairs. The bathroom is made of Ticul Marble and the oversized bathtub, with shower, made of Ticul stone, is large enough to accommodate two people. 

The Sunset Master Suite has a King sized Wood Bed made from local Tree trunks. This suite has an ocean view and a Hammock on the balcony overlooking the pool below. This suite has a full length mirror framed in local hardwood. The Marble bathtub-shower in the private bathroom has a glass brick ceiling.

The Playa Suite has a King size Bed with a Brick dome with an inset of reading lights. The ocean view is wide and the ability to sleep with just the screen doors closed makes this a great room. The closet has mirrored doors to reflect the ocean view while lying on your bed. The sliding glass doors open to the exterior covered balcony for a place to sit and read. The bedroom has a sink basin en suite and shares a bathroom and shower with the Double Bed Bedroom next door.

The Moonrise Suite has Two Double Beds. This bedroom has two Mosquito net canopies and a balcony with a view of the ocean.  The room was designed to accommodate a person who wants his/her own bed or for a Nanny traveling with children.  The two  double beds can accommodate  up to four children. There is a separate sink in this room and a large closet.

Roof top Bed.  For reading or sleeping, this is a special space. The rooftop bed takes a Double Bed sized air mattress and can be made up with sheets to sleep under the stars and the moon, if you desire.

Your clothes can be laundered with a small fee to the maid

The Grounds Keeper maintains the house, garden and pool.

Upon arrival refrigerator will be stocked with Beer and Soft drinks

Refrigerator stocked w/condiments; mayonnaise, ketchup, salsa etc.

Please note: The Villa was designed as a personal vacation property and may not be used for any commercial use and not be rented for Weddings

 

 Rate: is based on 10 guests at the Villa.  Villa sleeps 12.  Each additional guest add US$700.00 / week (add US$1000/additional guest for holiday weeks).

 Minimum rental period is one week = 7 nights.  Standard Rental Week is Saturday to Saturday. 

A $1,000.00 fully-refundable security deposit is required with rental.
