This is grand house with a thatched cathedral ceiling over the circular central living room and great views of the sea from every room. The second floor interior balcony looks down on the living room or winds upstairs to the roof top observation deck.

The round living room is very spacious with coffee table, chairs and a comfortable couch.   A row of panoramic windowed doors facing the sea and beach.

The kitchen is open to the to the living room for entertaining. Black granite kitchen counter tops with all the appliances, microwave, blender etc..

To the side of the kitchen is the dining area with a glass door that opens to the beach side of the house. A furnished patio is just outside with lounge chairs, a hammock.

There is a ground level master bedroom with king size bed, private bath, private entrance to the beach. Upstairs the other Master bedroom also a king size bed, private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom has two twin canopied beds, private bath and private balcony.

The second floor landing is very open with a balcony over the living room and a winding staircase to the roof top observation deck. From the roof an amazing panoramic view of greater Tankah Bay and the Caribbean can be enjoyed. This is another prime location to see either the sunrise or sunset.

The house is cooled by the Caribbean trade winds and the fresh breeze is delightful, as is the view.

Master bedroom Second level Sleeps 2 - with a king bed, private bath and ocean view balcony. Third bedroom Second level Sleeps 2 - with two twin canopied beds, private bath and ocean view balcony. Gounds and beach  A sandy path goes from the seaside patio to Mariposa's shade palapa on the beach. Lounges and a hammock chair provide a shady place to enjoy the beach, view and breeze. This section of Tankah beach is well suited for sunbathing with fine sand and a high degree of privacy right in front of the villa. This is also an excellent place to see the sunrise with your first cup of coffee in the morning, or have a cocktail at sunset. From the roof deck provides an amazing panoramic view of greater Tankah Bay and the Caribbean.  Another prime location to see either the sunrise or sunset.   Soliman Bay has its very own reef that acts as a breaker leaving the bay tranquil with only lap waves at shore making snorkeling and kayaking - unbelievable in the calm clear waters.
