Rental
rates are per single villa with the exception of
high season 2009 both villas will be offered
together .
Minimum
rental 7 nights holiday and high season, 5
nights mid and 4 nights low season.
Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred.
Rental rates are based on occupancy of 6 guests,
please add $150 per youth under 9 yrs of age
over the base rate.
Max.
Occupancy per villa 6 adults and 2 children.

included.
Refundable $500 US Security Deposit Required.
